This YOB CULTURE LIST IS JUST 13 WEEKS OLD (Started on the 26th June 2005).

These are just the crimes that have been reported, there are endless where people cannot be bothered.

All we hear is there is no more funding to tackle this, A gentleman from Churchill Court on the Racecourse Estate has been living in fear since 1991.

Wetherby Close residents have YOBS night after night, fences set alight, drug invasion, abuse, and I will add that they are from our more mature residents.

If this is called the future what hope do we have now!!

But then we get the Political Correctness and Human Rights Brigade who jump on the band wagon to protect the YOBS in case the human rights are breached.

If the Power that be cannot find the resources needed, perhaps it would be better if we all joined the band wagon of the YOB CULTURE and then you would not have to worry as we would all be in the same boat.

These are just some of the concerns expressed by our neighbours in Northolt in general. Over the past few years, Northolt has become unsafe to live in. When you read articles such as this, you have to ask yourself, what kind of society are we living in?

Young mobs are stealing items of value from car owners, whilst the drivers are in the car. Is this what we consider as acceptable? Young mobs are littering the streets (Smirnoff Ice Bottles, tin foil (for smoking Drugs), as well as graffiti) as well as causing havoc to innocent passers by. Is there no end to the problems suffered by our local residents?

It's only after the Resident's Associations push on the matter surrounding the Racecourse Estate that Ealing Council are taking action to try and resolve the issue by employing a Security Company (Who would allow anyone and everyone into the Council Estates) and installing a CCTV to see who are responsible for causing the problem. We can only hope that the Council will keep to its word and resolve the problems that have been reported. I can only hope that the problems will not be steered in the direction of other residents in our neighbouring areas.

Northolt High School has recently taken out an Antisocial Behaviour Order to stop troublemakers from coming near the school. Read this to read the article from the Ealing Times about Northolt High School's action.

20 years ago, these types of behaviour were almost unheard of. Now, it's becoming mainstream. Why do we the residents of Northolt have to put up with these types of behaviour? It is now time for the local councils to act and put a stop to this problem.

It appears that it pays to be a criminal in our community. Commit a crime and find yourself in a 4 bedroom house costing £100,000+, access to a Gym and £50+ a week to keep themselves clean. Is that progress?

It just goes to show that Antisocial Behaviour is the way forward....and law abiding citizens are left out to dry. To add insult to injury, it will take London Borough of Ealing & the Police until 2008 to implement the Safely Neighbourhood Team across Northolt. To us, that's 3 years to late. We need action today!

Now what do we look forward to extended drink licences being issued by November 2005 for more binge drinking and antisocial behaviour. Northolt has at least 3 pubs and restaurants that are licensed to sell alcohol on-site and a number of shops licensed to sell off-site alcohol. If the licenses are approved, the list mentioned will grow a lot faster than ever!

Does the Government not think it is about time that they put there house in order first, there are children as young as 11 years old drinking the amount they are consuming has doubled since 1990.

Whose pockets will be lined from the extra cash made from the drinks licences? It certainly will not be our police who will benefit.... It will be the yobs, to make sure their human rights are not breached. In the news recently, a case was reported that the court were not allowed to issue against a yob to prevent them from carrying matches (even though the yob in question caused thousands of pounds worth of damage), because it was against their Human Rights as it would have prevented them from smoking. You see the irony...right?

The supermarkets alone will bring in 6 million if they are granted the extra drinks licence that is without the small shops pubs, and off licences, will that go to our police for the extra work these licences will course, or to the safer neighbourhood teams for all the Boroughs in London.

We could not care a less if anybody thinks the list compiled by the Residents Association is worthless, but until there is some joined up thinking on behalf of the people who really suffer, due to the increase of antisocial behaviour, and put the resources in the right place like the POLICE, NHS AND EDUCATION the list will keep on growing.

If it is put in the bin it shows we are telling the truth and the 'DECISION MAKERS ARE A GUILTY ONES' .

So Mr. Blair admits he has lost the battle against antisocial behaviour.

Mr Charles Clarke states he has been left intimidated and fearful by thugs, perhaps the gentleman will stop and think what we the law abiding citizens have to face every day of our lives.

It is a bit late now to start crying over split milk, but I must say DGPHRA are glad to see at last the two most powerful gentleman in out country has admitted the truth regarding antisocial behaviour is our of control.

It is exactly what the law abiding people of this country have been saying for far too long. The first thing the Prime Minster should do is to put a hold on 24 hour licensing.

Start listening to the people he serves, give the police the resources they need and let the true professionals get on with the job.

The best one of all this week, a gentleman arrived home to find a Yob taking the wheels from his car. The YOB was chased, but unfortunately fell over on the pavement, resulting in his face being grazed, instantly the YOB jumped onto the band wagon, and blamed the victim. What happened? The Yob is now free and the victim is held in custody we will find out later today if he is free yet or being sued!!!!

THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL PROGRESS!!!

The following is another side to the forthcoming alcohol licensing laws you may find of interest.

Almost next door to me is a large BP petrol station/supermarket which is open 24/7.

Since the last rebuild of the premises it has an off sales licence to sell alcohol despite the land on which it stands having a restrictive covenant regarding such sales.

It seems to me quite ironic that on the one hand BP puts huge sums of money into promoting road safety education including of course drink driving but on the other actually encourages drink driving by selling alcohol at some of its petrol stations.

Needless to say BP has taken advantage of the new licensing laws and submitted an application to Ealing Council to extend the hours that this is permitted.

I have of course along with the local resident's association objected to these proposals on the grounds of both encouraging drink driving and the constant anti social behaviour at these premises by non drivers using the place as a meeting/drinking place.

We have incidentally asked BP on several occasions for their comments on their apparently two faced views on drink driving needless to say they never answer.

We are sure over the coming months our crime list will increase tenfold, due to the government not putting the resources where they should be, the NHS, Education, and the most important the police force, because if these things are not implement, before the 24/7 lunacy binge drinking, we can all look forward to more drunken times and increased CRIME!!!!

We feel the problem is the government are afraid of the big business, in their book they come first, as long as they do not have to face reality, and still rake in the revenue, that comes first before the real people of our society.

Perhaps now you will believe us when we talk about our YOB CULTURE and BINGE DRINKING THAT GOES ON DOWN HERE IN THE OUT POST OF NORTHOLT.

Who is going to pay for this.....JOE PUBLIC.

The tenants of Downing Street made sure this would not happen where they rent the properties they live in.

The money to repair this could have gone to our police force, instead our Political Masters have made it worse, they think politics are more important than people.

We live with this YOB CULTURE week after week, these were taken yesterday. How can anybody expect us to believe that the YOB/THUGS/LOUTS are not in control?

We the residents are the victims every time, but it still goes on, this is nothing to what we have got on video.

The YOB CULTURE ragging in Mandeville and North Greenford Wards are a despicable and a disgusting disgrace.

I couldn't care a less what Party, Cllr or MP, we need somebody with the courage to speak out and start shouting on our behalf. Not just when election are round the corner.

We have had enough, so the choice is yours, if you do not them we certainly will.
